We had to call and write repeatedly, but our sweet spot of opportunity evaporated. He continuously allowed tremendous swaths of time - first, a month: then, three weeks, then almost a month over the holiday season, and now it's too late. He apologized, saying he had been busy. How is that our problem??? If he was too busy to take our case he sure wasn't too busy to take our money. I recommended Faigenbaum to assist my boyfriend's elderly parents and feel unbelievably upset that I wasted their money. OK full disclosure of our relationship with attorney Kenneth Brodsky. My husband was injured at…read morework and we had a lawyer that we worked with for many years who does not handle workman's comp cases. He did refer us to Kenneth Brodsky and we had our concern because our lawyer was much older than mr. Brodsky. I am a very difficult woman to please when it comes to protecting my family and I have an extensive vocabulary that could intimidate the best of lawyers. This was not ever necessary and our relationship working with mr. Brodsky. In the interim of trying to resolve or workman's comp case my husband died of a heart attack but was revived and we ran into major complications that now substantially limited money recovery to settle that we would have received. This meant that Ken was going to receive far less for all of the work that he had done and work that he still had to do culminating in about two years and many hours of legal research files apearances phone calls etc. This did not deter him nor distract him from responding and doing due diligence on my husband's behalf. No matter how long it took or how many times he needed to explain the very complicated choices that needed to be made he never once wavered or made us feel that we were inconveniencing him. If you want to feel as though you have a lawyer that is a member of your family and is working as hard for you as a family member would I would recommend you to call Kenneth Brodsky and his assistant Carol. Etween the two i suppose our pitiful case brought them far less than one dollar per hour and would not be surprised once he calculates our cost to him we were pro bono or maybe even a financial loss to his practice. My final declaration to this wonderful man is that his title is lawyer because badass Miracle Worker is not a professional title that we can give him.
