Marty, I have been…read moremind blown that after the year or however long it has been that Jill trayer has ran you through the ringer.... that you had the nerve to expect a payment. You should seriously never take family law on.... after my trial is over. I will be telling my story, and my main focus will be to make sure no one makes the decision to put there trust in your hands. I will be contacting the bar, every single review possible, and reaching out to every attorney possible that handles this to handle this. I have every text, email, and have written out my perspective backed up on my I cloud. I don't want even a dollar back..... but the amount of time I lost with my daughter I will give it everything that I have to make sure you don't do this to anyone else. The amount of time I've spent with my new attorney makes it ridiculously clear how this process was supposed to have been done. You honestly should be ashamed of yourself. You're overall not only terrible in family law.... but you're an absolute terrible person. Shame on you

A little over a year ago, my wife was coming home from taking our dog (Chester) to the Vet, and…read morejust one mile from home she was struck head-on by a driver under the influence. My wife sustained injuries to her chest and neck and suffered a severe concussion (which required 8 months of OT, PT, and Voice therapies); her car was totaled, and although her injuries could have been much worse, our beloved Chester sustained injuries that required us to put him down. We had him for 14 years. Having never been involved in an automobile/injury claim of this magnitude - especially since the other driver was clearly at fault - I sought out legal counsel. We were referred to Gerald Mullaney of Mullaney and Mullaney in Skippack, PA. As someone who holds personal/professional referrals in high regard, this referral just solidifies my stance. Gerald (Jerry) Mullaney brings 28 years of experience specializing in personal injury claims like ours, and this experience combined with his patience and understanding was exactly what we needed while dealing with both my wife's recovery and the legal ramifications of our claim. One thing he said more than once that stands out: "My job is to make your wife whole again". In our initial phone consultation (from the hospital), Jerry showed sincere compassion and concern for my wife's injuries, wanting to know the initial diagnosis and what the treating physician had to say. Once I explained the horrible news of our dog Chester and how that loss exacerbates my wife's injuries, this is where Jerry's "bedside manner" kicked in. The conversation remained mostly about my wife and her injuries; it wasn't until I changed the topic towards inquiring about how he could help us from a legal standpoint did he provide the advice and guidance I needed. I knew immediately that my wife and our case was in good hands. Jerry asked several questions, many of which never dawned on me, and had the patience to answer my many follow-up questions to help me better understand the situation. He provided me with a list of detailed information he required from us to obtain his services, initiate the claim, and establish him as our legal representative. He always took care to explain and correct my many inquiries and assumptions without nary a hint of condescension or impatience - and many times I asked the same question more than once. And he always took our calls, or returned them in a timely manner. We received copies of all correspondence pertaining to our claim. He even took the time to help my wife with her many questions regarding her short- and long-term disability insurance. Although the second phase of our claim is still on-going, I feel compelled to give Jerry Mullaney the props he deserves for what he has accomplished for us thus far. I highly recommend Jerry Mullaney. He is the consummate professional, specializing in personal injury claims (with emphasis on "personal"). My wife suffered a serious accident that affected her for all of 2018, and she will have degenerative issues going forward. We are comfortable knowing that we have someone like Jerry Mullaney on our side, for he is true to his word - My wife is slowly becoming whole again. Thank you, Jerry. Bill & Terry Hullihen

She won my case in which I was originally denied. She had patience due to my poor memory. She always assured me that I will be ok during my court appearance. Kim was the paralegal who collected and processed my documentation. I appreciated having a primary point of contact prior to the proceeding. I never had a problem getting through to them, and anytime I left a voice mail message, it was returned in a timely manner. Lauren was the attorney who represented me in court. She was fantastic. I felt she was empathetic to what I was going through emotionally, and instrumental in helping me convey what I struggle with to the judge. I found her presence at the virtual proceeding very reassuring. I could not have done it without her. Marc, the attorney who owns and runs the practice, was a godsend, as well. He saw my case through to the end, and went above and beyond to get answers and help move things along. He was always communicative, cordial and easy to talk to. It's clear to me that everybody at Shipon cares (not only) about reaching a positive outcome for their clients, but also for their client's wellbeing. If you're looking for reputable lawyers to handle your disability claim, you can't go wrong with Shipon Law Associates. My claim was approved. Thank you so much Marc. Laura, Kim, and Brian!
