While I am not always able to get in with Dr. Richardson because of her busy schedule, Kristyn fits the bill. She is SO SWEET! SO CARING! AND COMPASSIONATE! She has all of the ingredients of a perfect medical professional. She takes the time to make sure that she listens to her patient concerns which is a rarity these days. The medical professional Industry is not what it used to be. I had my yearly exam today and was greeted by Gabrielle. I experienced an issue that had nothing to do with the clinic but had something to do with me personally. Gabrielle went above and beyond to fix the issue and made my life so much easier today. Excellent Customer Service skills she displayed and she showed me that my problem was important. The entire office staff got involved to resolve of my issue. I WAS SO GRATEFUL, not only for Gabrielle, but Audra who quickly stepped in to get me in and work fast and efficiently to help get me out of the clinic in record time. There were a few other ladies at the clinic that I did not get their names, but you can see they work together, care about each other and care about their patience's. A true DREAM TEAM!
