Dr. Shajaat, fully understood my concerns with my son and vowed to help me throughout this ordeal. God bless him, he is a man of his word. Each time I went to Urgent Care 360, I was very warmly greeted by Dr. Shajaat and his staff. Once, the staff called him in to see my son. Dr. Shajaat took time to really talk and listen to me. Not one time did he make me feel as though the situation was trivial or unimportant. I feel like he really cares. I am so grateful for Dr. Shajaat, Nurse Nez, Arsalan, B'lal, Zaheer and the female receptionist (sorry I did not get her name) for their kindness and superb medical care. Urgent Care 360 is where I will always go when I am in need of emergency care.

However I can say; I wish so much the staff here as well as the Medical assistants/LPNs, then APN and the doctor we have seen (or have been seen by) had a clinic for PCP. I've always been treated kindly as well as having my concerns addressed. This is coming from a former medical professional (and we only go have ourselves looked at when we are on the brink of death). The last time I came in, I was weighing on Emergency room (which is for Emergencies) versus urgent care. They are quick, they listen, and also take time to come up with a great treatment plan as well as recommendations for follow up care. My PCP is in another city; hence the transition of finding another. In the meantime, if you need help, this place is where you should go get help. There are some bogus ratings about this clinic that do not make sense (especially a guy wanting to have a medication dispensed without an office visit, tsk tsk). As a former medical worker, it really isn't allowed and it is also called insurance fraud.

My experience began on February 28, 2024 with my pre-admission testing for an upcoming lumbar spine surgery scheduled for March 4, 2024 with an OrthoArkansas spinal surgeon. (That will be another excellent review on Yelp). As soon as I walked in the main entrance, the information and front admission staff were friendly, prompt, and professional. When I was sent back for testing, the nurses acknowledged me immediately, got me checked in, and started the testing process. All the nurses and the attending hospitalist treated me with professional care but still took time to treat me like a person, not just another patient. (I have been in healthcare for 28 years, and it is very important to me to treat your patients as a person, not just a number.). On the day of my surgery, March 4, 2024, I checked in at the front desk and followed the instructions to make my way to Surgical Waiting. The directional signage is very clear and prominent, and I had no problem finding it. After being taken back to pre-op, all the attendants, nurses, and doctors were friendly and very professional. The OR staff, as well, were friendly and professional, but I only saw them for a minute or so before being anesthetized. After being taken to my recovery room for a recommended overnight stay, all my nurses and aides were excellent and met my needs well. They checked on me appropriately and regularly and came promptly when I used the call button. The next day, I was seen by the surgeon, his APRN, and the discharge nurse, given all my discharge instructions clearly and sent home. Once again, I don't plan on regular hospital stays if I can help it, but if I do, I will definitely use CHI St Vincent in Little Rock.
