When I called the first time to get an explanation, they informed me I hired them to stay out of jail. That let me know they don't care about the clients and do what they have to do to ensure they receive their money and what happens to their client is out of their control. Worse experience ever and costing me close to $7,500. I would've just went to jail if I knew I was gonna be treated like a criminal from law enforcement and this weak law firm.
