I am absolutely dissatisfied with the reception service, firstly, why there are not enough masks in…read morethe medical center to provide it to a patient who needs it, the woman who was sitting in a regular mask at the reception did not allowed me to visit a doctor, which I really needed, because of an unsuitable mask. That's unbelievable so why she is sitting there if she contacting with doctors as well..... I'm disappointed. In other clinics not like that definitely. Then she proposed to make new appointment, after 2 months, excuse me, you think it's normal to propose that?! I have a problem now, maybe that problem will kill me after 2 months. Thank you, for a such bad experience in medical centre, btw it's a first time in Germany.
