Barbara made an unexpectedly complicated transfer of my car's title and registration to this state…read moreas smooth as it could be. I went to her office thinking I had all the necessary papers, and then discovered I was missing the title. While I searched for it in the glove box (spoiler: it wasn't in there), she went to my former state's DMV site and started filling out the request for a duplicate title "just in case." She printed it out for me and gave me excellent advice on what to do while I was waiting to get the duplicate titled mailed to me. Her excellent service continued when I was finally able to return with all the needed documents in hand, plus the cash payment. For all PennDOT transactions, it's cash only. She even lent me a screwdriver to put my PA plate on the car immediately. As Notary Now Plus is a one-person operation, you may need to wait. There is a small waiting area, with no TV or Muzak blaring. Soft drinks are available at a reasonable price; she also stocks envelopes of various sizes, which is a thoughtful touch and again, very reasonably priced. Barbara's very professional and also empathetic. I was actually looking forward to my second trip, to complete the transaction. Compared to other estimates I received for the service, her fee is very reasonable, and her exceptional customer service adds even more value. I can't imagine any other business outdoing Notary Now Plus for service and value.

Since I was in the area I pulled up the Yelp app and looked for a notary nearby. With my trip just…read moredays away I need to get a few things notarized before my departure. Most places that were brought up were of the variety that didn't seem logical to be a notary. Once I saw a copy place show up, I made my way here. This place is like walking into a library. It's quiet, asides from the copiers doing their thing. A guy from behind the desk asked if I needed help and I told him what I needed and he was on his way to complete the task. It only took a few minutes and I was out the door. The prices were very reasonable and below what I thought they would be. I was definitely pleased with the fast pace and professionalism this place exudes. If I am ever in the area and in need of notary or copying, then I am definitely going to be stopping here again. Cash and credit accepted. Street parking.

My items arrived in 5 days and you cannot imagine the care that was taken in packing these priceless items. It took me quite some time and a few pair of scissors to unwrap the rocker. I can never tell those ladies how much I appreciate their care for me that day (I was very emotional) and for those items. My youngest granddaughters enjoyed the rocker, the jug sits on my fireplace and the painting will be hung in my dining room. THANK YOU! If I come home again, lunch from Woody's is on me.

Even though the latter was a *FedEx*, and not a UPS shipment, Felicia was so kind to tell me where I could go to ship it, a nearby Dollar General, and even affixed the shipping label that I had brought to the item's case. I have problems with my fine motor skills so this was very, very helpful. Thank you!!
