Excellent Attorney -- Professional, Trustworthy, and Effective…read more I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Law Offices of Basil D. Beck for their excellent work and professionalism. In December of last year, I had a misunderstanding with a retail store that required legal assistance. From the very beginning, my attorney did exactly what he promised and guided me through the entire process with professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. My case has now been completely resolved, and I am very pleased with the outcome and the representation I received. I would highly recommend Basil D. Beck to anyone looking for a trustworthy and effective attorney. I wish him continued success, good health, happiness, and all the best in the future. Thank you again for your hard work, support, and dedication.

Right away he said because you had this over 13 years ago they will probably not give it to you. The actual rule is, as long as there are no really bad circumstances, after 10 years you can get ARD again. He wanted me to quickly pay him and said maybe he could get my ARD but probably not. I quickly did not believe him and basically hung up the phone. I contacted another attorney (MUCH BETTER) who waived my arraignment and got me approved for the ARD program within a day. She just sent the email over this morning. The only reason I am giving the "Law" offices of Basil and Beck even 2 stars is because he did reply before anyone else I contacted. Although, that was probably just so he could quickly try to fool a customer into paying him. So I respect the hustle even though you can tell his is just not professional. Also, the attorney that I did hire took $500 less and got done the job in record time. Do not hire this person, there are way more honest people out there. I do not normally write reviews but this person is just not trustworthy.

I left a voicemail and received a return call from Mr. Quinn's secretary/wife. She was extremely pleasant and understanding. She informed me that she would have Mr. Quinn investigate the information and give me a call back. I, in turn, let her know that I was at work and would not be permitted to use my phone, but I could text once I receive a call back and voicemail. She agreed that this was o.k. and we hung up. I received a voicemail message from Mr. Quinn in which he informed me that he normally charges $500 to go to the prison but that I was lucky because he was heading up there anyway and would stop by and speak to my friend, which he did. He also informed me that he would charge me $2,000 to represent him. On May 26th Mr. Quinn left me another voicemail message stating that he would be sending me a text and I would need to text him to let him know if my friend wanted to hire him. I responded that we would not need his services and was under the impression that my dealings with Mr. Quinn were over but on the evening of May 26, 2022, at 4:59p Mr. Quinn left another very hurtful, and disrespectful message. He said things to play my friend and I against one another. My friend told Mr. Quinn it is all in God's hands and he said F---- God. He also stated that "She (me) has the money to pay me, but she just doesn't care about you, or if you spend more time in jail or go up state." He told him to call me and get the money because if he did not, he would be going up state for a long time and said he knew the Judge and had a great relationship with her, so we needed to hire him". Mr. Quinn was rude and saying things that completely do not line up to my character and who I am as a person. Do not hire this man!!!!!!
