The front desk said I was "all set" and then he asked me how I was going to pay. HE needs to pay me! I wasted $40 and ruined my pedicure for nothing. He needs to explain what he's going to do and have patients give consent FIRST. I didn't need my nails cut until the surgery. If I needed or wanted them cut I would have done that myself. Such a waste of time and money. The place is also a hole.

I was not 15 minutes early for the appointment because the trees block the sign for the building and it's really hard to see the building. It's on a one way street, so it's not as if you can easily turn around and go back, and I had to drive around the block to get in the driveway. The actual check-in took 2 min and then I had to wait another 10 minutes, so why the rush?

She checked it out but had me get a few x-rays. It turns out I had fractured my foot. WHAT?! Who knows when that happened but she explained how that was affecting my toe and gave me a shot. So far, that's working great and I can walk normal without fear of taking that "wrong step". I'm giving 5 stars because she was not only quick at figuring out what's wrong but she was very personable. She even trimmed off a couple calluses for me. I also didn't have to wait long and every staff person I interacted with was friendly. In case anyone from Northwood Foot & Ankle sees this, thank you so much! :)
