Rebecca shows excitement for her students and champions you as you go along with the lesson. The lessons are also very affordable as well. After attending in person sessions for over a month I was able to change my schedule slightly. Even during this time when my schedule was crazy she allowed me to do my lessons virtually. To be clear, their shift to "online singing lessons" without any choice was a complete rip-off. Online singing lessons are not the same thing as what we signed up for. The business is not the "family business" they claim it to be...they are actually founded on deceptive bait and switch tactics and shady contract dealings. Again: DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH FOX MUSIC!!! They don't care about anything except charging your credit card every month. This month we tried to give the required 30-day notice of our intention not to renew (yes...they will auto-renew if you don't tell them not to). We were immediately redirected to some sort of 3rd party number and have yet to get any confirmation that we will not be charged again. Unbelievable. If you're looking for good voice or music lessons, shop around. Avoid Fox Music at all costs. You will regret ever signing a contract with them.

There was Velcro on the bottom like it had been mounted in someone else's setup, and the cords and plugs had writing on them. It looked used right out of the box, and on top of that, it didn't even work. Luckily, the mixer we already had held us over for the night, so it didn't completely throw everything off. We brought it back, explained the situation, and got a refund without any hassle. Not the worst experience since they made it right, but definitely frustrating. Mr. Newton identified that the violin also needed a chin rest, tail piece (which was broken), and suggested a new bow. The bow I had was not made of real horse hair and was just in bad shape.
