She is never nice, not even when booking an appt. She talks over you and rushes you. She will even hang up on you. The other front desk girls are new and very pleasant but they really don't know what they doing. Dr. Ing would give me an estimate and these girls would try to run a way more expensive bill claiming this and that needs to be done which wasn't required by my Dr. It makes me so nervous every time I have a procedure done because I am charged so many different amounts varying from one associate to the next. My family has been going there for many years, but we will follow Dr. Ing to his new location! He is the best!

Got a 2nd opinion and it turns out I don't need a root canal at all! It is horrible that a dentist would make you go through the anguish and worry that I did just to fill his pocketbook. Go with your gut especially when they tell you that you need all this work done upon the first visit. Additionally, while waiting, I was already suspicious when I overhead the front desk telling another patient all the work that needed to be done on their teeth. . My husband was also charged for fluoride when he specifically stated he did not want fluoride. When confronted later per FSA card and why it was not clearly stated on the form, they say it is a treatment plan and included. This is a scam. Dental offices always ask you if you want it or not, they don't just go ahead and charge you upfront when you clearly state you don't want it! Then they email with a confusing email that made no sense for why they charged it. I have to question if my son even had a cavity at all now, and they just wanted to do a procedure that was not needed for money. Beware they will do unnecessary procedures and do a whole act of how horrible your teeth are to scare you into procedures and/or bill you for services not rendered or denied. You have been warned!

They are located next door to the Kapolei post office. Street parking is limited but there are free parking in the building. They needed to verify the insurance prior to the appointment to provide service. When I showed up to the location for my appointment they asked for all of the same information I provided a week prior. I told the representative that that was provided a week earlier in three different phone calls. I really felt bad for the nice representative she told me they did not have any information and sometimes the answering service takes information. This type of practice is unacceptable. He should just retire. First of all, Tottori has about 5-6 chairs where all clients sit at the same time and he goes from one chair to the next, spending about 5 minutes on each person then runs away and hides in his office. The assistants are then there to do ALL the work. I've seen this practice over the two years I been going there, and he never spent more than 5 minutes with me, EVER. He never took any of my concerns seriously and always just brushed me off. I ended up with all the problems I addressed BEFORE starting treatment- when he reassured me we wouldn't run into those problems or that he had an "idea on how to fix the problem if we run into it". Sure enough, I'm left to deal with it now through my dentist which will cost me another $4000 because even my dentist said my ortho did a horrible job.! I also ended up with a bad bite which Dr. Totorri said was NORMAL! I have an overbite which I never had before! My treatment was ended early by 6 months as he said "this is the best we will get" even tho I still had gaps in my teeth from all the extractions he required. All my teeth have huge spaces in between them!! When they removed my braces, they did such a horrible job that my front teeth have scratches and dents from the removal of the brackets. They didn't even polish it down. I can still feel the glue on every tooth! Plus my teeth are all slanted inward now so it looks very awkward. I'm spending $10,000 now on a smile I'm so not happy with. All because of Dr. Tottori. An orthodontist should be proud of his work and happy when his clients are happy. This guy should be ashamed of himself. DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR ORTHO TREATMENT.
