I finally got an appt messaged to me with my confirmation only to be told i was never scheduled the day of the appointment. They refused to work with me even though I had confirmation of the appointment and took time off AND was out of my meds. They do not care for their patients enough to help them. Care quality is lacking and they do not take anytime to get to understand the issues of the…read morepatient. It took forever to book an appointment, as the people who answer the phone do not work in the clinics. They are not prompt. They have reminder texts that come to your devices at 3 and 4 in the morning. Your vitals are taken in the front receptionists area. The physician is not trying to find the root of the problem and help you- if you just want more meds, this is the place for you.

They kept sending her to see different nurse practitioners with no consistency in her visits. Her visits were 10 minutes tops at a cost of $125 as we were self pay. For a while the visits were every 3 months but upon a recent medication change they insisted on seeing her every month to get her medication refilled even though she was very stable and still seeing her therapist. That was after we had to call them 3 times to get a different medication prescribed when the original one was not available at any pharmacy within 100 miles. We were told that this new medication was only prescribed one month at a time as their standard practice but my daughter knew others on the same medication whose doctors allowed 3 month prescriptions after the first couple of months so this is not an "standard practice". We have repeatedly requested copies of bills that are never sent. They don't seem to be interested in anything except creating money for themselves. We found another practice that allows 3 month visits for the same medication and actually spends time with my daughter she has visits plus she is seeing an actual doctor and not a team of rotating nurse practitioners who ask the same standard questions with no personal interaction. Find another practice.
