I wanted her to review my records and get her opinion as to options for taking care of issues in my mouth. I wanted her opinion because I felt communication had broken down with previous dentists and cost for their plan for me ($72,000+) was not something affordable. I let Dr Scala's assistant know that my concerns were the health of my mouth and cost. The assistant spent a half hour entering information in the computer then left the room. I waited in the room for 50 minutes before taking my records and leaving. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had to date. I have no idea what happened (no one came back) but I would not recommend going to see this dentist especially if you have specific dental challenges. I would give -1 to this provider and her staff.
