From the first call to appointments to surgery to initial recovery to post op... this team is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr Kammerer is punctual, greets you in the waiting room, spends ample time asking and answering questions, assessing, reviewing medical records, and setting up next steps. My patient path took me to many doctors before I met him and he is the best of the best. He is extremely knowledgeable yet explains things in easy to understand language. He demonstrates careful decision making and wisdom when formulating a plan following protocol for my specific condition. Despite a grueling schedule he was present and caring while I was in the hospital. He was reassuring and put my recovery in perspective when I felt as though I was struggling. Two visits were required. First, a two minute evaluation with the surgeon to allow him a visual check on my condition, and to briefly discuss the appropriate anesthesia (local or general) for the procedure. My cracked and partially missing tooth was fairly straight forward, so we agreed that a local would be sufficient. Two months later on the appointed day, I appeared a few minutes early in case there was paperwork, although I had submitted the dentist's information before the first appointment. Still, there appeared to be a lack of coordination between the front desk and the part time surgical team (including surgeon), so I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes being ignored by the staff until the surgical assistant wondered where I was and why I hadn't been sent back to their small work area in back. Turned out, there were a bit more questions to answer, which I completed quickly. Shortly, the surgeon came in and began sedating my gums around the tooth to be removed. He injected a lot of numbing agent and it took a while for it to do its job. He returned a third time with one more shot for good measure and went after the broken soldier with a dental pliers. He torqued and yanked and pulled and had that bad boy out in about two minutes. I had to ask if it was extracted and was pleased when he was affirmative. Not completely painless, but so fast that I had no complaints. I was out of the chair and preparing to leave just a few minutes later. The assistant gave me a bag with gauze, ice bag and written directions to take home. It would have been more comprehensive had she explained everything I should be doing, such as to take ibuprofen and Tylenol Extra Strength as soon as I got home before the local anesthetic wore off, and how to use the gauze and ice pack, but luckily I read the instructions and avoided any problems. 24 hours later and I am without pain, nor bleeding and haven't needed the ice pack for swelling. All good. Still careful what I eat, and admit to a mild brain fog from the remains of the anesthesia in my system. Four Surgical Stars for the folks who took care of me well. Two Uncoordinated Stars for the lack of same between the front desk and the surgical crew.

I the. was told that they think it may be a rootcanal and to go somewhere else , they didn't even want me to come in and get an x-ray to confirm it basically just didn't want to fix the tooth that they messed up and I was told they don't do root canals. Avoid this office at all cost if you want good work and good patient care. Their website states that they offer emergency visits and that they do root canals and they do not.

We reviewed photos from age 25 to my sixties, and developed a surgical plan to achieve the most natural look. A few months later, Dr. Wulc performed a cheek lift and lid blepharoplasty. After a couple of weeks, there was no outward sign of surgery. The drooping lids and "bags" were gone. A year later he performed a facelift, which cleaned up my sagging jowls, jawline and neck. I am thrilled with the outcome of both surgeries. The incisions are invisible. I just look younger. My experience could not have been better. After many years of going to pain management for neck pain, I felt it was time to see an orthopedic surgeon. I thought I had made an appointment to see Dr. Sutton, but a Dr. Ranelle came into the room instead. This guy is a trip. He made a grand entrance, spouting comical remarks that fell flat and awkward. He asked me a few QUICK questions I felt he already knew the answers to. I didn't get a chance to tell him of my neck history because this guy already had an agenda. That agenda was to push GABAPENTIN and physical therapy. I informed him that I would not be taking gabapentin due to its side effects - some quite serious - and if he asked the right questions, he would have found out that I am not a good candidate for that drug. And if I was going to take gabapentin I would have stayed with Pain Management. Mr. Wanna-be-the-next-Eddy Murphy did not like my response and went into a spiel of condescending and intimidating remarks that bordered bullying, going into a rant about how "he doesn't know ANYONE who wouldn't take gabapentin," while shaking his head and alluding to me being strange as he continued. I felt like I was in the twilight zone and just wanted out. He also kept telling me to "trust him." Look, if a patient doesn't want to take a certain drug, ACCEPT IT. I left disappointed. I was hoping that this doctor would be the one that would talk to me, give me options, and let ME decide what treatment is best for me. I do want to point out that the staff people were very nice and professional. I will not be returning to this office.

I finally got fed up and went to Sattel and within 15-20 minutes he told me I needed surgery and he was right.
