They call you because lets face it, we make these appointments way in advance, so their calls are a wonderful reminder to get to your appointment. I get to the place and the two ladies, one I think is Alyssa or Marissa, is always helpful and friendly. It does not take long after check in to be seen. I was extremely happy to see a new face in the building. My hygienist greeted me with a warm smile and was very patient. She was new to the building but she has SO much experience in the field. I was super happy to see she was going to me working with me. She was gentle and clear during the cleaning, which is a harsh experience for anyone, but she did amazing. She answered all my questions relating to my gums and prescribed me with a mouth wash to help with the healing. Thank you for all that you do!

As a U.S. Army Infantry veteran, I've had the chance to visit many dental offices over the years…read morethanks to my benefits, but none have come close to the level of care and professionalism I've experienced at Southglenn Modern Dentistry. Before finding this office, my experiences were frankly rough in every sense of the word. Other providers were often harsh on my gums and teeth, and many lacked the empathy and patience needed to guide me on my dental hygiene journey. At Southglenn, you can truly feel the difference. Their compassion shows in how they speak to you, their gentle but thorough cleanings, and their clear expertise. Unlike other offices that rush you through, the team here takes their time and does it right every single visit. I live with periodontal disease, so having a knowledgeable and caring team makes all the difference. I was surprised to learn about everyday habits that were actually harming my dental health, like overusing mouthwash and brushing immediately after eating acidic foods. No other provider ever explained this to me before. I also want to highlight Blake, the Office Manager because she is truly an asset to this practice. She goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel cared for and informed. She is the first person I've met in this field who sends personalized reminders and texts, answers all my questions before and after my appointments, and makes sure I leave with clear aftercare instructions. No other office has ever done that for me. Recently, I had to get a front tooth extraction by their visiting periodontist, which was something I was really dreading. Thanks to their calm approach and skill, the procedure went so smoothly I even joked afterward that I could have fallen asleep during it. After searching for more than five years, I can confidently say I've found my forever dental office. One last thing I want to share is that I know I haven't always taken the best care of my teeth, and I think some negative reviews about dental offices come from frustration rather than a realistic look at personal responsibility. Yes, dental care can be expensive, but your health is worth the investment. Listen to your providers, follow their advice, and you'll save yourself bigger problems down the road. Thank you, Southglenn Modern Dentistry for setting the standard and truly caring about your patients.

After our exams, we were required to schedule a separate second visit just to review our results--which is where the experience really went downhill. During that follow-up, it felt less like a medical office and more like a high-pressure used car lot. The practice presented both of us with treatment plans recommending thousands of dollars in dental work. We found this suspicious given that we had seen our previous dentist only six months prior with no major issues flagged. Once we received their recommended treatment plans in writing, we sought a second opinion from another dentist. As it turns out, none of the proposed work was actually necessary. We understand that clinical philosophies can vary from dentist to dentist, but the aggressive hard sell and excessive treatment recommendations made us extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
