I am extremely pleased the results that Mark delivered. Mark communicated with me clearly as to what actions he was taking, and he handled everything so that I didn't have to worry about my case at all. When I was searching for an attorney, I was concerned that my ticket would not be reduced, that I would not be able to understand the process of how my attorney was handling my case, and that my attorney would contact me more often than necessary.
