They knew this ahead of time. They were not very nice about this. In addition, they not only charged him a fortune (no professional courtesy) for his partial, it NEVER fit. He eventually transferred nursing homes. The VA in Aspinwall helped him as much as they possibly could. Without making a completely new one, he continued to be in pain. The dentists at the VA were amazing and the care was totally free. Above all, they treated him with respect and dignity.

They are of poor quality and poorly constructed. I've been through 21 aligners in total now (12 original + 9 touch up) and maybe only 1 or 2 didn't dig away at my gums/tongue. The material is cheap and weak. Several of my aligners cracked. After I finished my treatment I had huge visible gaps in my teeth so I complained. It was not easy to get a hold of a customer service agent to help me. They outsource their customer service overseas and the reps will hang up on you whenever you have any "complicated" issues. I had to make multiple attempts, go in to get my teeth re-scanned, and wait several months to receive my aligners. After I completed my touch up I still had some smaller gaps in my teeth but was over this entire process. I ordered the retainers and received an email that my order was being processed. Of course I heard nothing back so a month later made multiple attempts to get a hold of customer service. After several frustrating hours, they told me I never placed the order despite the fact I had email proof! They kept arguing with me that I never placed an order and that it would take 5 more weeks. I emailed them proof and asked them since they messed up my order to please expedite it. No one could help me and again they continued to argue with me that I didn't place an order. This process has been so frustrating. I am supposed to receive a call back but of course I haven't. No one has emailed me back after I showed them my email that my order was being processed. This service is not worth the headache. Orthodontics cannot be performed online! Please stay away!!!

The one who did my treatment was so wonderful. She explained everything, she took her time. She kept checking in on me to make sure that I was OK. she was just wonderful. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. It was a very comfortable experience. The only suggestion that I have is that the woman that check me out was a tad grumpy. I couldn't get her to smile for the life of me. She was not unpleasant, she was just distant. All the other people were so nice, that when I got to her, it was kind of uncomfortable. Besides that, I would absolutely recommend 100% Steliotes Dental!
