Now don't get me wrong I have a lot of respect for Karen Walker and I'm a little bit decked out in rings from K Dub, Boh Runga and Meadowlark but let's be honest. Their stuff can get old. Some of it is overpriced and dangled on the bodies of every girl in Auckland. So if you're not into that scene and you want something beautiful that really is a bit unique I'm sure you will find it here! There's an insane amount of jewellery in here all categorized by the different designers. The prices vary a lot, which is good because amongst the great pricey pieces there are some awesome little finds. My most recent find was a tiny pair of skull earrings. Who needs Kdub skulls when you can have these. They are really gorgeous and only $20!! If you're walking up or down High Street you have to go in here!

In sparkling glass cases and slim wooden drawers, Fingers displays the creative outputs of some very, very talented jewellers. It's the perfect place to go if you're trying to buy a present for someone who has everything. My favourite product they stock is the ceramic crinkle cups. They're so cute and everyone who sees them thinks they're so awesome. Having just moved from their old store the Bread and Butter Letter is looking seriously suave. I love the new branding and the light boxes out the outside of the store. Best thing about the new place is that you can now buy a cup tea there too. Love it.

I especially love the big stuffed kiwi made from old woolen blankets they have in at the moment. I went back to the Vault after finding the required present because I saw the Vault had a very good collection of gift cards. Because some of my present wasn't wrapped, I asked if I could buy some tissue paper from there with the card. The woman told me she couldn't sell me any, but would give me some. She gave me white tissue paper, pink tissue paper as well as ribbon. I was only buying a $6.50 card and she did all of that for me. What a gem.

The Silo Park markets only operate in the summer months - but this stall may be back next year... (I certainly hope so). Wolf Cub sell lots of amazing floral headpieces (handmade in Auckland), which are super pretty! Check out the facebook page for some photos. The prices varied from $38 - $42 for a full headband piece. There was also some other style headpieces for sale, as well as small flower clips - I purchased three of these gems for $5. Wolf Cub also make crystal jewellery. And because they are so awesome, they will even do custom orders. A perfect option for a wedding, the races, or just to look pretty.
