I initally tried getting a quote through an independent national broker and not only was the process a nightmare but the pricing and coverages for my older property in Cleveland were just horrendous. After calling Scottt at CIB I found him to be super down to Earth, helpful and attentive. Being an out of state investor comes with it's own challenges but finding someone local who knows what markets to shop find me better coverage at a lower price. I was just ecstatic. Not only that, but I'm one of those annoying customers that has to question and understand everything and he was patient and helpful through the whole process. I'm super grateful I got connected with him and plan on only coming here for any purchases I have in the future. Thank you!

Back in 2013 Pete spent a great deal of time educating us on the coverages we needed based on the type of business we purchased. He is always available for questions that come up. Recently, our 74" large format printer was damaged beyond repair by a piece of defective media. Once the determination was made that it could not be repaired we called Pete. We were not even sure if we had coverage that would take care of this damage. He took the time to personally come over to our studio to look over what had happened. Pete assured us that we should receive the full reimbursement cost for the printer. He followed us through the entire process from helping us with submitting the documentation, reaching out to the claims adjuster and ensuring our check was processed in a timely manner so that the impact on our business operations would be minimal. We would highly recommend the Vince Hrobat Insurance Agency and Pete Pappadakes to all business owners!!! It pays to have a good insurance agent! -Jeff & Lori Kolenich
