My family and I have been cared for at the Warden Eglinton Dental office for over 30 years first…read morewith Dr. Litwin and when he left due to illness, it's been another 10 years with Dr. Kohli. I know dentistry not just from my education but from the dentists who treat me. I wasn't born with strong teeth and my mouth is full of bridges, root canals and fillings but it's because of their skills that I have a perfect bite with heathy teeth and gums. I have always been provided with the information needed to choose a treatment unless I am told that there was one choice for my best health. I like dentists who communicate their medical knowledge well and that's why I would refer others to Wedental centre.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to this dentist after reading a few reviews online and reviewing their site…read more I had an emergency and initially their service was great, until they had to do the root canal on my teeth and my husband's teeth. They've botched both our mouths to the point we have been almost 3000 out of pocket and are still dealing with the ramifications of their treatment. They did not offer to do anything to fix the issues they caused my husband adding a 2000 dollar bill due to their error. Now he still has to get a crown which they should have covered due to NEGLIGENCE. I now have to do further work on my mouth that would have been unnecessary had the work been done properly. It's been approximately 8 months of hell. Who knows how much more money I'm going to have to spend to fix it all. DO NOT GO!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! **UPDATE June 2014** I can't say enough how people need to stay away from this dentist. I have now had to have all the work removed they have done and will have to get it all redone. All out of pocket. Things that should have been done were not and cheaper materials were used, I am convinced this is to ensure a steady income coming in. Temporary filling material used in a root canal and they did not advise that a crown was needed. She left my teeth like that! Food had been getting under the filling and back into the root canal. Again my new dentist has had to refill this to prevent infection. STAY AWAY!!!

Dr Rittenberg also works at Mount Sinai Hospital one day a week, which is where I saw him. I meant…read moreto write a review ages and ages ago but forgot until I was chatting to my dentist (the always lovely Dr Rose: http://www.yelp.com/biz/bite-dental-toronto-2) yesterday. Works out well, really. I can assess the longer term outcomes! I ended up with Dr Rittenberg after the oral surgeon I had been seeing packed up and left for Barrie. He was handsome, but my love for him had faded quite a bit-he didn't really indulge my (slightly obsessive) need to know all the details of my treatment-so I was less devastated than you'd think to end up switching oral surgeons midway through my course of treatment. I was pretty apprehensive at the first meeting, however. I felt like I'd been left in the lurch by the previous guy and that I really hadn't been given as much information as I'd like. Five minutes after meeting Dr R, I knew I was going to be happy. He pandered to my curious nature, answered all my questions and wasn't remotely condescending. I felt like I was participating in my treatment plan. Just like with my regular dentist! He was very thorough and very personable-including actually sitting down to speak to me instead of rushing through the consultation. The actual procedure was a breeze. I'd had something similar done before and it was long and tedious. In Dr R's hands it was short and ridiculously easy. I've had more traumatic cleanings. He has the air of someone who has done all of this a million times before. And I'm pretty sure he has! Follow-up was also good and there were no surprises with billing. The work has stood the test of time and I've had zero problems since then. I've recommended him to a colleague who was also very happy and thought the procedure was effortless too. It's worth noting that the nurses in the department have great faith in him. ALWAYS trust the nurses. They know what's what. Failing that, trust me: someone who has a mouth full of dental work. I've done it all!

I did wisdom teeth extraction and odontoma extraction with him in 2013 summer. It was a complex…read moresurgery with full body anesthesia. He handled everything with professional excellence. Highly highly recommended.
