A customer of mine had their company assets seized by the State of Arizona and, in their wisdom, the State decided to pay monies owed only to companies large enough to have their own Legal Departments. My company was left without payment of invoices totaling in excess of $20,000.00. Other small companies were in a similar situation. Attorneys will not usually take this kind of case on contingency, but Jim found a Law Firm in Phoenix that, with an affordable retainer from each of the small companies, was willing to take the case. Jim followed the case and kept me informed as the case went on for a couple of years. A judge in Arizona ruled in our favor and we all got paid with interest and court costs.
