You need one who specializes in Dental Malpractice and one who has lots of experience. Michael Wasserman is that attorney. He is the best dental malpractice attorney around. He is extremely knowledgeable and has over 25 years of experience. He represented me in a case against an Orthodontist who violated almost every (if not every) standard of care practice possible, refused to apologize for it and denied any responsibility for the harm caused. I interviewed at least 6 attorneys before I found Michael Wasserman. And when I met him for the first time I knew he was the one for me. His initial counsel was outstanding. He knows the law, he is very quick, asked all the right questions and wasted no time. He is well respected within the dental community.
