He served me with documents then lied on court papers saying it was a process server. His presence in my life has cause trauma to my life. My ex is very weak and impressionable. Thomas manipulated our custody situation and threatened me. He attempted to file for supervised custody. The only reason why he got the recent judgement after 7 months in court is due to him never letting me know we had court. He was on vacation and never properly served me. The resulted ended with assault charges being filed. Thomas McColl is a child he's actually said that I hurt his office workers feelings; then told me he'd only correspond via written correspondence. Thomas McColl is a terrible person, lawyer and doesn't believe in coparenting. Knowing my financial situation he's advised my ex not to seek medical treatment for my daughter. I'm not Thomas McColl client as of 12/2022. I feel bad that my ex has spent thousands and thousands of dollars at court for it all to be reversed in mediation next month.
