I found out about Dr. Kutlu through my insurance, so I decided to make an appointment. When I saw no reviews about him, that should have been a red flag. Someone who has been practicing this long doesn't have any reviews on any major platforms, facebook, or on the insurance website? I gave him a basic list of what I had been dealing with, and even handed him a detailed outline of what I had experienced over the years, means of treatment, etc. His response at the end of the appointment, "I don't really see any reason to fix it if the medications you've been taking are working." If they were working so well, why would I be there? I said I couldn't be taking medications the rest of my life. He responded (with a laugh), "Yes you can, you've been doing it for years. Why stop now?" So, rather than fix a problem so a person doesn't have to be medicated for the rest of their life, he would rather pack more medication into them. He also said that my insurance wouldn't cover him fixing anything. When I asked why they referred me to him, he said because he is capable of fixing it. Not only did he brush me off as so many others did, but he laughed at me as if it was a joke. If you need help, don't go to Dr. Kutlu.

I needed lower lumbar surgery at multiple levels that turned out to be a lot worse the initially expected. This lead to having to have constant pain management care to help me try and cope with relentless pain. Long story short, dr Ramundo has done everything humanely possible to help me manage and live my best life possible with the use of certain procedures as well as installing a spinal cord stimulator. This helps a great deal and has allowed me to properly rest if not for a few hours multiple times a day .before seeing him i barely caught any sleep because the pain in my back and legs were to severe. Also with the use of certain meds In conjunction other methods allows me to live and get certain things done instead of being bedridden as a middle age man. I can walk my dog again in short spurts as I truly missed these simple things I though I'd never be able to do again . There will always be a great deal of pain and I understand this, however I'm never alone to combat it . He is truly one of the smartest and compassionate men I know not only as my physician, but to man worthy of my deepest appreciation. This in conjunction with his office staff of girls who are always busy working hard for his patients. They are unbelievable kind and friendly . They explain everything and go up and beyond what is expected. Dr Ramundo and Lori and his staff of pain management doctors & assistants are the best at what they do . It's not easy and they are always available so much so I brought my own mom as a patient. She loves them equally as much. Best in their medical categories and frequently in New Jerseys top doctors for a reason

His medical consultation was useless, no counsel provided for serious auto injury pain, could not figure out how to diagnose any orthopedic chronic pain conditions. The PT department was very good, until one day I heard news this Doctor was FIRED for improper behavior with a Female Staff member at a conference in another state. The Practice tried to hide the news, I personally would not trust this Dr, to my pain management care EVER, AVOID him at all costs, there are many more skilled, properly behaving physicians than Dr. Solomonov, who is "full of himself". Thought I had an appointment with Dr. Meyer that does treat people with my condition, but I saw Nurse Practitioner Gina Rizzo. I asked more questions then she rendered information, regarding the pain in my spine and back. She never touched me or did a physical exam (I sat in a regular chair the whole time), yet the Visit Summary shows otherwise. Dr. Meyer popped his head in the door and said he would be seeing me shortly. The NP showed me an X-ray of lower spine (not thoracic spine as well as that's where pain originated) that I brought in and said she would suggest physical therapy. I asked if I would be seeing Dr. Meyer and she said no it wasn't necessary for me to see him. When I asked about the physical therapy being at their location, she said it would be better if I looked for a physical therapist in my area. In the initial call, regarding setting up an appointment, I was told that they have physical therapists, and I might not see the doctor just the physical therapist at first. However, after being told that I should look for a physical therapist on my own by the NP, she did not provide an explanation as to why I could not use the physical therapists at their location. In my lifetime, I have never been told by any doctor, nurse practitioner, or healthcare provider that it would be better for me to look for someone in my area on my own, when they offer the services in-house, which is what the 60 Columbus Drive facility in Morristown does. It's always been the patient's preference to choose how far they would like to travel. For that matter, their area is a short drive from my area. Moreover, as a rule, if necessary, I will travel a distance to see doctors and specialists, because what matters to me is the quality of care. In retrospect, I noticed the lack of diversity amongst the staff, the patients, and the patients receiving physical therapy (can see the physical therapy room and physical therapists), while in the waiting area. With that being said, I wholeheartedly feel that I wasn't seen by Dr. Meyer, after he said he would be in shortly, not physically examined by Nurse Practitioner Gina Rizzo when the Visit Summary shows otherwise, not allowed to do physical therapy at their location, and being told it would be better if I looked for a physical therapist in my area, because of me being a minority that wasn't valued. Hence, this is why I am taking the time to write this review to warn other minorities. These types of doctors, nurse practitioners, healthcare providers, healthcare facilities, and staff members need to be held accountable for their action's. I would encourage other minorities that may have had similar experiences to speak out and take action. They don't deserve the 1 but that's the lowest you can give for a review.
