My search started with her colleague, Yesinia Beatriz, who supported me early on and connected me with Madeline who was a great fit for my needs! I wanted a property in a highly competitive, expensive area during a time of low inventory. Madeline never made my goals feel unrealistic. She helped me purchase my dream home in a newly renovated TIC building on the border of Russian Hill and Nob Hill, smoothly navigating the complex TIC financing requirements. Madeline is highly knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive. She educated me using recent comparable sales data and reviewed every document thoroughly. In a multi-bid situation, her strategy secured a home that not only met my must-haves but also my would-love-to-haves (hello private garage, view, and fireplace), on my very first offer, with zero back-and-forth counters. She operates with total integrity and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. I highly and absolutely recommend Madeline and the Ruth Krishnan team. I can't thank them enough!

Lauren and team were FANTASTIC! My husband and I have lived in SF for 10 years and we were finally…read moreready to look at buying our first home as the rental market went crazy. We had no clue what we were doing walking into this and Lauren helped guide the way from teaching us about the market in general, advising us and referring us to good financing options, and more. The very first thing we did was an exercise to help make sure we had realistic expectations - we looked at a variety of neighborhoods with our price point in mind and looked at previously sold units to understand what we could and could not afford. It was very helpful to then narrow our search to start looking. Lauren walked us through all the options and made sure we wouldn't waste time with things that didn't make sense. When we found homes we liked, Lauren immediately jumped into action, pulling down inspections, sharing intel on the selling agent, and more. She would walk us through the full inspection reports and help flag things we should dig further into. As a family with a kid, she was also extremely thoughtful in guiding us based on nuances of kids in the city. And when it came time to negotiating the home we got, she worked her magic! Up against two cash offers, Lauren helped us navigate a competitive offer in other ways to beat them out. Unreal! Our friends were blown away at how quickly we were able to get a place compared to what they've seen in this crazy market. Our full time from kickoff with Lauren to close was probably only about 2 months total - wayyyy faster than we thought any of this would go down in the crazy SF market. Her team also helped throughout the close process to make sure we were set on moving logistics and getting set for all the new things involved in home ownership. We are so grateful to Lauren and her team who went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the home of our dreams and that we were set up for success. Would highly recommend her and the entire Krishnan team!

I'd recommend Simon for anyone who'd like to make sure their agent is aware of how the market is evolving in real estate and has significant experience locally in SF. The process was simple, we met on a zoom call and shared what our preferences and deal breakers were. Four months later and we closed in the sunset district! I genuinely believe that without her, we would still be searching for a home in San Francisco. When we decided to move to San Francisco, we were entering one of the country's most complex and competitive housing markets with very little knowledge of the neighborhoods, pricing strategies, or unique buying practices. We also needed to move quickly. After contacting several realtors, Janice immediately distinguished herself. She called us almost instantly and spent 40 minutes patiently explaining the market, answering our questions, and helping us understand our options. Before we had even met her, she had already demonstrated a level of expertise, generosity, and genuine care that we hadn't experienced elsewhere. What followed was nothing short of exceptional. Janice possesses an extraordinary combination of deep San Francisco real estate expertise, strategic judgment, relentless dedication, and genuine personal investment in her clients. When we traveled to San Francisco, she personally picked us up and spent extensive time showing us homes, explaining neighborhoods, and helping us understand what our budget could realistically afford. She listened intently, quickly understood our priorities and lifestyle, and developed an almost instinctive sense of which homes would be right for us. She didn't waste our time showing us houses that merely checked boxes. She helped us identify places where we could truly envision building a life. What sets Janice apart most is that she approaches buying a home with the same care and discernment you would want from someone making the decision for themselves. She wasn't focused on simply finding us a house or closing a transaction. She was determined to help us find a home we would love, feel proud to own, and know represented a sound financial decision. Her honesty was invaluable. She told us when a property was worth pursuing, when it wasn't, and why. Her extensive experience with renovations and remodeling allowed her to see beyond appearances, identify potential concerns and opportunities, and help us evaluate a home's true value. She respected our budget, never pressured us to compromise, and consistently prioritized our long-term interests over the immediate sale. We never questioned whose side she was on. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were equally remarkable. Janice was consistently several steps ahead, often having disclosures and property information ready before we even requested them. When we couldn't tour a home in person, she arranged video walkthroughs. When we needed financing guidance, she connected us with an exceptional mortgage lender. Her support team was wonderful, but Janice herself remained extraordinarily accessible and personally involved throughout the entire process. No matter when we reached out, she was almost always immediately available. She anticipated what we needed before we knew to ask. In a market like San Francisco, where timing, preparation, and sound judgment can determine whether you secure the right home, Janice's expertise is an extraordinary advantage. She didn't simply guide us through the process; she educated us, empowered us, and positioned us to make a strong, competitive offer with confidence. We never felt like we were navigating the market alone. Equally remarkable is the way Janice treats people. Regardless of budget, she makes you feel as though you are her most important client. Her patience, integrity, warmth, and unwavering commitment are rare. And unlike agents whose involvement ends at closing, Janice continues to be an invaluable resource, connecting us with trusted professionals for home improvements, repairs, and everything that comes with settling into a new home. The true measure of an exceptional realtor isn't simply whether they can help you buy a house. It's whether they help you make one of the most important decisions of your life with absolute confidence that your interests came first. Janice does exactly that. Looking back, I cannot imagine having gone through this experience with anyone else. Without Janice, I sincerely believe we'd still be searching, uncertain about our options and potentially compromising on what mattered most. Instead, we found a home we genuinely love, are proud to own, and feel confident was the right purchase for us. That difference is immeasurable. If you're searching for a San Francisco realtor or buyer's agent, Janice Lee is the person you want representing you. Her knowledge, integrity, judgment, and dedication set a standard that few professionals could match. She doesn't simply help people find homes. She helps them make decisions they'll feel good about for years to come. We are profoundly grateful to Janice, and recommending her is the easiest recommendation we could ever make.

Throughout the process he was patient, responsive and professional. For the sale, Wesley and his teammates were extremely efficient when it came to staging and holding open houses and we were able to sell my apartment after the first scheduled showings. The only really difficult thing I had to do was say goodbye to the apartment and move out. I am extremely picky and so when we began to tour houses, Wesley's patience and eye for details really helped narrow down potential properties that would be a good fit for me and we also struck out a lot of bad ones. Wesley's experience shines during touring. Just to name a few things he has a keen sense of smell for moisture/mold, can feel for the slightest unevenness in floors and can tell good from bad repair work just from a quick glance and feel, he has really seen it all. This is where a whole lot of Wesley's value comes from, he's not just another paper pusher...he actually enjoys looking at houses with clients and he is great at pointing out things that a normal person wouldn't see. Eventually a few months later we were able to close on a new house that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure to work with Wesley and he was so helpful throughout the entire process. As I said before he is thoughtful, smart, engaged and it's clear he loves what he does and I now recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to buy in the bay area.

We interviewed three realtors and we selected Wilson because we agreed with his vision as to how to prepare our home for sale and his assessment of current market conditions. We were very pleased with the decision as we found out that Wilson has a strong team to support the preparation and sales process. A project plan was developed months in advance and for the most part all deadlines were achieved. Luis (contractor) and Priscilia (coordinator) prepared the house for sale on time and on budget. The staging firm did a great job in presenting our home. When necessary Wilson was alway available to answer our questions. The Open Houses took place as we planned months in advance and we were given an update at the end of each weekend. When offers came in Wilson and Cathy (Experttcs) helped us navigate through the negotiation process until we accepted a bid that met our target. We were then introduced to Michele (Director of Ops) and Aldolfo (escrow officer of WFG Title Co.) to guide us through the closing process. Their assistance made the paperwork burden as painless as possible. We were happy with the entire process and impressed with how the Own Team worked together to get the job done. We deducted a 1/2 star because the lateral sewer work mandated by the city was delayed for weeks because the plumber that OWN uses was not available. This caused a delay in closing. My recommendation to OWN is to expand the list of plumbers the company can use. Also, we were assigned an original coordinator with whom we did all the pre-planning. However, when execution time arrived we discovered she left the company. Thankfully Priscilia stepped in and everything worked out fine.

Her team of subcontractors is top notch. Tim, who handled the painting, was a true asset and a wonderful person. What made her exceptional was her communication with me and went the extra mile to help me bring the condo to the market. I am extremely grateful for that.
