Were greeted by a young woman, who seemed to be baby sitting her child as well as showing what they had available. They sent a older male rep. to our home who was clueless - very confused, re. what we were looking for (open top & bottom & split in the middle plantation shutters). He proceeded to make up an estimate sheet which we received by mail later (via mail), and still the estimate was confused. The official owner/salesman must have thought our sale wasn't worth his time (not big enough of a sale) to bother to come out himself, and instead sent this older man, instead. I have to say, I felt sorry for this older man as I thought he should have been retired. So, we wasted a good portion of our time we could have used on some other impt. project. We went elsewhere to get what we needed.

Unfortunately, even though he said he would still remain involved in the project, he sold Luminated Landscapes to Wonderly Lights before the project actually started. I wish I had known what we were getting into. The new company has done a horrible job. Almost none of the lights worked correctly from the beginning. I was happy that Phil came out just once before the project ended and identified several more issues (in addition the lights that didn't work right), but some of those issues have yet to be resolved, and now the new company is telling me they won't have Phil coming out again even though I have asked (because he seems to be the only one who cares how the lighting looks). If you are reading reviews from before Spring of 2026, they no longer apply to this business. Phil seems to be stepping back, and Wonderly Lights is not the same level of service or attention to detail as Luminated Landscapes likely used to be. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else!

What he returned with was simply stunning. He is a true artist. We immediately signed the contracts and everything he promised was right on.
