Called again today and spoke with a woman there, I explained my situation and she asked me to email her the letter. I did so and Ken called me back a little while later. He says he has looked over the letter and says "Chris, it was 5 years ago, I don't have your files anymore, maybe our software was outdated and there is nothing that I can do or even know what to say to you about it!"
