This could probably have been even faster if I had not been out of town most of May. When I was looking for a company to handle our Refi, I found that Tammy was at Wintrust. She handled our last two mortgages when she was at PNC, so I knew she was responsive and great to work with. I am glad I ignored negative reviews I found about Wintrust in general. Tammy promised a 30 day process, and delivered! When there was a minor problem with the Title company, Lindsey responded to my e-mail in 3 minutes, and Tammy followed up shortly after, and yes the issue was resolved quickly! It wa lit plenty of parking and it was nicely plowed. The over all impression PNC bank gave me was a good one. Again beautiful parking lot if your gonna get stranded in any parking lot I recommend PNC. Honestly if there was one closer to me I would probably bank there. Also the P.S the Culver's down the street was also nice.
