This could probably have been even faster if I had not been out of town most of May. When I was looking for a company to handle our Refi, I found that Tammy was at Wintrust. She handled our last two mortgages when she was at PNC, so I knew she was responsive and great to work with. I am glad I ignored negative reviews I found about Wintrust in general.
