Adam was incredible! We will stick with him for the long haul…read more We had worked with Farmers for the past 4 years and been pretty underwhelmed by their service and prices. I reached out to Adam via email after googling local insurance brokers. My goal was to see if we could increase coverage and manage to save any money in the process. Adam responded almost immediately within a matter of hours from when I sent him a message. This was on a Friday. We corresponded via email fairly quickly so he had what he needed to run numbers for us. He told me he would follow up Monday (the next business day), and he did. Adam was able to save us a significant amount of money AND increase our coverage in a lot of different ways. We had a simple call after I had decided to work with him, and he walked me through everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The idea of changing insurance had felt really daunting and so I had put it off - for quite some time. Adam truly made it as painless as possible, and now I can relax knowing we are covered.

There was an urgency to find a new auto policy, especially because it was about to expire. The Glazer Team took the urgency seriously as they looked for new policies and made sure we would not be overcharged because of the very low mileage of one vehicle I highly recommend the Adam Glazer Team because they really take care of their clients.

Azy was exceptionally responsive, patient, and thorough throughout the process. I asked a lot of detailed questions and requested several revisions along the way. Azy worked through all of them, clearly explained the different coverage options, and coordinated directly with our lender and escrow team to make sure everything was in place for closing. I actually found Susman Insurance through ChatGPT while researching insurance brokers, which turned out to be a very lucky break. I would highly recommend Azy and Susman Insurance.

To me, this is what a great agent is all about, not selling you products, rather trying to help you in achieving what you need. I recently cancelled a life insurance policy with my employer and got a better policy through Pullen Family Insurance. What makes it better? Let's just say I was able to double the policy coverage for myself and my wife for the same exact cost, and the premium stays the same for the next 20 years. Process was easy too and Jake walked us through all the applications the insurance companies tend to overcomplicate. Thanks Jake for all the advice on Home, Life, and Auto insurance.

His mail is being forwarded to me and yesterday I received another bill. For one thing, he was all paid up and owes nothing. The only thing they've changed is addressing the bill to ESTATE OF and his name. When I called, I was told they need info on the person who is the POA, and the bills won't stop otherwise. So they insist on continuing to bill a DEAD MAN who obviously isn't driving anymore and owes them nothing. NO respect or compassion for the dead and none for his grieving family either.
