Don't walk. Run from this "law firm."
They prey on people in vulnerable situations -- including the elderly -- by promising quick, professional service, then disappearing once they've been paid. After looking deeper, I found this is a known pattern with this firm, even among other local attorneys.
I hired them for a straightforward guardianship case based on their assurance that it would be handled efficiently and professionally. Instead, I spent more time chasing down responses than they spent working on my case. It took over three months just to get a hearing date. When we finally got to court, Kevin showed up unprepared and without the required paperwork. The judge couldn't proceed, resulting in further delays.
