Was knowledgeable, kind, and a very busy man. My case was a bit of a poop show from the start with layers of "why", but he did his job with what he had to work with. For some people he will be an excellent fit, but for others not so much. He earns extra points for being present and aware when present.

Jeff cares deeply about his clients, endeavors to work not just for them but with them, and does his best to consider everything showing his clients' innocence and entitlement to the fullest fair consideration throughout their cases. In a day when assembly-line representation has become far too common, Jeff stands out as a professional seeing every accused person as deserving a sympathetic and attentive ear--and a clear, informed, and sincere voice in their defense. BEWARE - In a very simple case the lawyers at this firm refused to file simple and routine motions…read morebecause they preferred to work their process which would certainly yield more billable hours, but not necessarily better results. They also were selective in their communications, having thoughts they shared via phone being different than things they put in writing. More than a little disappointing that in an age where there is instant communications these attorneys were not willing to have real and meaningful meetings or make progress on issues that impact many lives and livelihoods. As the company's reviewed get to respond to these reviews with 'the last word' and not customers -- in an era where the law is increasingly trampled and your rights aren't watched out for in any significant manner, I would not hire for any work you want done as their interest in work is only slightly smaller than their interest in the law or justice. At the first sign of trouble this firm will take your money and cut and run. BEWARE!

We retained an attorney here for our daughters adoption. The initial conversation went well and…read moreonce our payment was made the case started. While waiting months at a time, we could try and check in with no return emails or calls. This attorney put more of the work on us rather than taking care of herself despite us paying in full up front. It was very discouraging and we realized the negative reviews we saw online were true. Once the hearing was over we had questions in regards to our daughters new social security card and we've had no response whatsoever. There were weeks and months throughout our journey of having to email multiple times, call the attorney directly, and finally having to complain to the company overall just to have a response - which again was email. Hiring an attorney here made what should have been an amazing experience very frustrating and stressful.
