Established in 1983 in Rocky Hill, NJ. We relocated to Princeton, NJ in 1993. In 1996 we established our office here in Lambertville, NJ.

Meet the Business Owner: Michael B.

Founder, Owner, Principal Architect and Professional Planner. Michael has a deep understanding of the character, charm, and nature of New Jersey as a long time resident. He can be found walking the streets of Lambertville with his golden retriever, Leon. Michael recently retired from his adjunct professor appointment after 25 years teaching at Drexel University.

I am bi-coastal, living in San Francisco / NYC, with another residence in Princeton. Douglas was extremely communicative and easy to reach, helped scout materials to make sure the new floor matched our existing floor, and was generous with his expertise when we were selecting tile for the kitchen and making design decisions. He also provided detailed estimates and priced his services very reasonably. As others have noted, he and his team are punctual, neat and efficient. It's hard to find great service, speed AND reasonable prices, and with Costa Floor you get all three. I recommend them with zero hesitation!

He quickly understood what he thought would be necessary, said he'd pick them up the next day and, once he took them, had them fixed and ready to go in just a few days. He also brought them back with new bulbs, including one that dims (which I hadn't had before). The price was extremely reasonable and he was personable and very polite. I recommend him without reservation for your electrical needs.

I put in a request through yelp. He had the best price and moved his scheduled around to accommodate my current needs (house selling, inspections, etc) He was there early and had finished by the time he was actually supposed to be there. It was a simple outlet issue and instead of charging for the outlet, he showed me that the outlet was good just needed to be rewired. He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. I will certainly be contacting him on the future. Levan is based out of Newtown and really "could" charge Newtown prices but is an honest and trustworthy guy. Highly recommend. -J
