Since we were renovating on a budget I decided to look into refinishing an existing floor instead of replacing. It helps save the environment, too. :) So I called up Rees and he was awesome from the beginning. He came out to take measurements, identified our wood type, helped us pick out a color, and got us a quote quickly that was lower than we originally budgeted for. And honestly we were very worried about price because the entire first floor needed to be done. We let him and his crew in on the first day since we weren't moved in yet, he sanded down part of the floor and tested out 3 colors for us, and our floors were done in about 3 or 4 days. He even filled in 3 or 4 heating vents in the floor that were no longer in use and I'm so glad those holes are gone! We are so pleased with the result! We've had plumbers, electricians, handymen, family, etc come into the house and EVERYONE is blown away by the floors. They all think it's a brand new floor. If we ever decide to fix up the floors upstairs, Rees is definitely getting the job.
