The offer 1 Zumba class a week, body pump and yoga almost daily. CrossFit at an additional charge. The price/monthly + the quality of machines alone was a great deal.

I called this clinic first thing Monday morning when they opened at 8:00 a.m. to explain her situation. The staff member who answered was kind, attentive, and quick to help. After providing her information, they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next afternoon at 1:30 p.m.--a huge relief given the urgency. When we arrived around 1:00 p.m., check-in was smooth and efficient. As a new patient, I filled out the necessary forms on an iPad, and the front desk staff made the process easy. By 1:18 p.m., she was called back for an X-ray so Dr. Nguyen could evaluate her injury. Shortly afterward, we were brought into an exam room, and within minutes, Dr. Nguyen joined us. He introduced himself warmly, reviewed the X-rays with care, and clearly explained the available treatment options. From start to finish, every interaction--from the initial phone call to check-in and the doctor's visit--was professional, efficient, and compassionate. The entire staff was courteous and understanding, and Dr. Nguyen's calm, knowledgeable approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Overall, this clinic exceeded expectations. He commands respect and runs a tight ship, but his bedside manner with patients is so compassionate. I had an outpatient procedure & felt good, so I didn't think I needed my pain medicine. I figured I'd wait til it hurt. Wrong. This was when you got pills; long before they sent a pain pump home. When I called the answering service at 2am, Bahrani called me back & told me to go to the ER for pain help. At 2:30am, this doctor drove & met me at the ER, had a pain pump connected immediately in ER & had me settled in a room. Then he went & completed paperwork to admit me for pain management & observation. The IV pain pump got things under control & I learned to stay ahead of the pain when coming out of surgery. This was my first surgery & Ive never forgotten that lesson. Truly caring doctor!!!

I went to South Texas Bone and Joint in Corpus Christi and saw three docs there for spine, knees and wrists that all need surgeries. That place and the doctors were a nightmare. And you are there waiting for hours. Then they gave me three min. It's like night and day here compared to them. I drove from Port Aransas to here and will continue. This practice wants large, fast turn-overs now. I have a shoulder with a "mechanical" injury in addition to the arthritis in the shoulder. I pulled these muscles and the result is extremely painful. X-rays were ordered. Fine. Good medical practice. When Dr. Warnock came in he would not listen to what had happened, assumed it was arthritis and ordered physical therapy for arthritic shoulders and that was it. He missed the entire problem. I will never go back. He can rush others through this factory now. I am 8 weeks out and still in tremendous pain. He has made me worried I may come across another physician who simply wants more patients through the mill.

What a creep. I was not called earlier and asked to reschedule. His time is the only valuable time. Another patient said that was not unusual for this doctor. Wow
