Sawz dr 1 time saw nurse 3 times. I had to get him water to drink because no one would help me no staff on the ER floor. I asked several times for help and the staff rolled their eyes at each other like "Oh brother " Again no one came not the nurse or doctor. In fact i went home for an hour at 10pm to check on dog and returned at 1130 and was being called to take him home. because he was in so much pain neck and back it took several staff members to pick him up and put in wheelchair. Common curtesy would be just to stick head in and say were working on this. It really was an uncomfortable event so uncaring. A previous Dr at urgent care had declared it was not amenable to drainage & said my options are to leave it be... or have surgery. Dr Brandon WAS able to aspirate some fluid from it & injected cortisone to help it heal. I'm hoping it doesn't come back, but if it does, I'll return to Dr. Brandon.
