This was all new to us. Elle Dice represented us on our condo purchase in Breck while we were over 1,000 miles away in the Chicago area and was absolutely the best at answering our many questions and is incredibly kind. She has lived in Breckenridge her whole life so is very familiar with the area and full of knowledge about all the activities available. We were walk- in first time buyers lost and looking for help finding a place, during our short stay in Breck mid June and after our initial meeting Elle was very efficient showing us properties in our price range the very next day. Elle seemed to go the extra mile to tour and send videos of properties, search answers to detailed questions and refer local contractors while continuing to show us comparable listings until we narrowed in on a condo we liked. We can't imagine working with anyone better and highly recommend Elle for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Breckenridge. She is very knowledgeable of Summit County, prompt responding to questions, is tech savvy, excellent communication skills and very professional. Thank you Elle!!

First, they helped us find the new property after we gave them a sense of what we were looking for. Then, they capably steered us through to a timely closing. Even more impressive was their work on the sell-side. They found a buyer for our former condo before we even placed it on the market and helped us negotiate a very good price! In short, Kirk and Dak consistently went above and beyond during every phase of our two transactions, and their knowledge of the market and connections in the community paid big dividends for us. And on top of all that, they're both great guys with high integrity.

He was always available to talk on the phone or make time for a showing and to work around my crazy work schedule! He is incredibly knowledgeable about Vail and the current market. You could not ask for nicer, more trustworthy, hardworking realtor to work with. Even after closing, Matt still checks in with me, as I am currently remodeling and have run into a few hiccups (as there always are with any remodel!), and he has gone over to check on my place and help facilitate some things to keep the remodel going since I live and work down in Denver during the week. I could not be more grateful to have Matt as my realtor, and now friend, after this whole process!

We just purchased a home with Matt as our broker and could not have done it without his help. We purchased the home sight unseen only through Matt's eyes. He walked us through the house using Zoom numerous times making recommendations and noting areas in the home of interest and concern. He represented us through every step of the purchase. He even hired a contractor to address the inspection punch list. Since the closing he's made daily trips to the house to receive packages we shipped, has gone to Home Depot to pick up a new door in his truck, and recently even went to Comcast and then installed the Wi-Fi so it would be working when we arrived. Being from the east coast we literally could not have purchased the house without someone to act on our behalf before, during, and most importantly after the closing. He has been the most responsive and helpful sales person I've ever had. Nothing is forgotten or missed and no task is beyond him doing it personally for you. If you are buying or renting a home Matt is your guy and if you cannot be on site to attend to the post-closing details Matt is the one you want working for you. Joel & Nancy Becker - Dec 2020
