We've now used them for over 10 years and we have received nothing but thoughtful, knowledgeable and balanced advice. They are friendly, fair, explain things in layman's terms, and seem to somehow always be up-to-date on the important things such as the ever-changing employment laws. Highly recommended.

As I'm nearing retirement age, I can honestly say that Kevin Finck is the best attorney with whom…read moreI've ever worked. Early in my career, when I worked in the highly volatile business of management consulting, Kevin coached me in negotiating my employment contracts with two different consulting firms. As fate would have it, both firms let me go without a valid reason. In both cases, Kevin had put a clause into my contract that said if I were fired or let go for any reason other than cause, the employer would have to pay a substantial penalty. Consequently, both employers ended up paying my salary for many months beyond my termination date as contract-stipulated severance pay. This is just one example of the excellent and personal service I received from Kevin at that time. More recently, I sold a book-length memoir to a publisher. Kevin provided outstanding advice regarding potential libel issues, and he even helped me negotiate my book contract while he was on a golf vacation because he knew I was under a tight deadline. Kevin is very warm and sincere, and he's at the top of his game.

From our initial interaction over the phone, I believed Mr. Henry would represent my case better than the 5 other attorneys I was considering. After 2 years of working with Mr. Henry, I can express complete satisfaction in his engagement and performance on my case. I approached Mr. Henry with very little knowledge of the options available of the legal process, and only a gut feeling that my case was worthy of prosecution. After just a couple meetings, Mr. Henry was able to confidently express to me the steps in the path of this case, and possible outcomes. He effectively communicated the costs and risks associated with each phase of the process, and gave clear and consistent direction for me to make very well educated decisions along each step of the way. His engagement with my case came with high confidence, and I had no worry of his ability to execute on each critical critical decision. I believe Mr. Henry has a wealth of knowledge in employment law, and a method of engagement that allows him to attain results. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Mr. Henry.

I can't say enough good things about David Zalob. After my wife contracted Covid, we had to cancel…read moreour trip to Japan, and that's when the real hassle began. When I first called AIG to find out how to use my trip interruption coverage, they advised me to cancel my flight with United and said they'd work directly with the airline to "exchange" the flight credit for a refund. But as it turned out, that advice completely backfired. AIG then claimed I wasn't eligible for a refund because I had received credits. Whether it was bad advice from an uninformed rep or something more intentional, I thought I was stuck with $11,000 in flight credits, with no idea if they'd expire before we could use them. After months of denials and endless appeals, I remembered that I had ARAG through work and decided to contact David Zalob, who was covered by my plan. David spoke with me on the phone for about 20 minutes, went over all the details, and asked me to email him all the documentation. He sent a letter to AIG on my behalf, and just like that--within a week--I got an email saying a check had been issued. Another week later, I had an $11,000 check in my hand! David was professional, responsive, and made the whole process easy. I only wish I had reached out to him sooner instead of spending months fighting with AIG on my own. If you're dealing with an insurance issue, don't hesitate to contact David Zalob.
