I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but this problem has happened twice in the last six months with two other referrals I made, all for the same service involving hygienist cleanings and X-rays.

The staff is always very nice and accommodating as well as honoring appointments. Since I usually have to take some time off of work, its nice to know that when I show up I will be seen at that time. They also have an outstanding system that calls to remind me of appointments 48 hours before and then a text message sent the night before. As for Dr. Johnson, his expertise regarding my ears and overall knowledge is second to none in my opinion. He is always spot on with his diagnosis, my symptoms, what to expect during the recovery, and overall time frame. He is the Doctor that I will always blindly trust due to his extensive knowledge and experience. Obviously that is the most important feature, but his friendliness and demeanor is something very special. The office environment is clean, well lit, follows CDC protocols. The personnel is friendly and fast to help you. I went in for consultation and was diagnosed with a neck situation which involved vertebras C5, C6,C7 and collapsed disks. Procedures is called ACDF. Between check in, surgery and recovery it took approx 4 hours then went home. It has been 10 days and am feeling great and pain free and starting my road to recovery to strengthening my right arm and shoulder muscles. I highly recommend this office and both doctors.
