Being able to pilot a plane is one of those things that I have always wanted to do but never would have done for myself for whatever reason. We made the trek down to Homestead General Aviation Airport and signed up in about 10 minutes. We got into a Skyhawk and after taxiing (yes, it's spelled that way) using only our feet, we lined up for take off. Speeding down the runway I started to get a bit nervous 'cause the plane is angled a bit up, you can't really see ahead of you. You get the aircraft to a certain speed and pull back and before you know it you've lifted off and you are above the beautiful Everglades. We banked to the left and headed down to the keys over the Gulf of Florida. We neared Key Largo before heading back making sure to avoid HAB and being escorted by some F-22s. Our flight instructor was young which at first was a bit concerning but while we were at 1800 feet (should have gone over this while on the ground) that he has been flying for well over half his life and comes from a family of aviators. Nice guy treated us to some zero gravity flying. That's right. We got to feel the effects of zero gravity for a short amount of time and trust me, it's awesome! I can not wait to do this again. They will talk sweet first ,call you to school and then make you run after them for every small thing. There is no accountability of what the instructor teaches you in the flight because as per the owners it's always the student's fault. Owners(YOGINI MODI AND BRYAN SHELTON) would never want to find a solution to your problem, moreover they concentrate on picking out your mistakes . Everyone goes to a school to learn ,but sadly Yogini and Bryan do not understand this. They have a habit of stalking people's social media profile and then calling up people's parents so that the child is under pressure. Yogini finds a reason to blame the student ,in my case she blamed me that I am stressed about the flight slots. So who's fault is it if a student isn't getting slots to fly? Someone has to be stressed ,either the instructor or the student. The owner claims that the reason for opening a flight school is that they wanted to give good quality training to people which is such a bullshit. They opened it so that they can just milk money out of everyone . Moreover YOGINI discusses one student's training with another student.Is this professional ? I don't think so. The instructors are highly incompetent,the only thing they do is to demotivate you and make you feel stupid. I guess they forget that they are PAID to teach and not to sit on the right side and build hours and money . A student goes to a school to learn and the instructors and the school is supposed to motivate the students to achieve what they dream of , but Yogini modi (PTC homestead)makes sure that you become low in confidence and get demoralized . Very good tour and fun flying experience. He let me taxi, takeoff and fly. He game me the option of flying more or having him fly so I could take photos. I chose photos so he then took the controls so I could enjoy the sights and take pictures. Retiring to the airport he gave me the option of trying to land! I had a great time. He flew from Tamiami Airport out to Key Biscayne and Miami Beach. During the flight, he was able to take controls (without any prior flying experience) for a large portion of the flight. The experience was recorded and the pilot was extremely friendly. It was a great experience for my boyfriend and if we are ever able to take flight lessons, it will be with these people.

She explained the controls to me and told me what we were going to do that day and we were off! I must admit I was pretty nervous having two lives as my responsibility but the flight was amazing. We flew over South Beach and back to the airport, it was a short 45 minute experience and so worth it! Now I want to learn more but have yet to receive the email the staff said they would send me with the class information. Wow it looks so amazing up that high. It was a beautiful and very hot day, and clear skies allowed for some once-in-a-lifetime views that we got to experience and capture forever. I checked out other flight schools in Miami Executive but all they gave me was a price list of how much it costs for the rental and cfi fees, no guidance whatsoever. I went to ADF and they gave me a curriculum and the estimated costs for all the training. It was very detailed and I was quite satisfied. Before I even signed up with them they tell you realistic prices so you know what to expect and not try to cash grab you unlike other flight schools who promise that you will spend less but then end up spending way more. Anyway, I recently acquired my Flight Instructor license and my Instrument Instructor license with them. The process was great and organized and I got assistance from them in finding the appropriate Designated Pilot Examiner so I can do my Check Ride for those licenses. It was definitely a great experience and I was given a strong foundation in terms of Knowledge, Skills, and Good and safe habits from the start so I can pursue a career for the airlines. I definitely recommend this school if you want a structured education in Aviation.

Upon arrival we went to the plane that was not prepared to be flown, causing a delay of approximately 90 Minutes upon which time we got to depart. During the flight portion, Mr. Valdes was profoundly unprofessional, any instruction he gave was yelled a the top of his lungs, and was generally unhelpful. Upon the conclusion of our flight, I discovered the pilot was actually not currently certified to provide instruction, meaning this time cannot be counted towards the journey of getting a pilots license anyways. Steer clear of this establishment, if it manages to stick around much longer.
