I booked via the website and do not have an email address. I called and asked for their email - THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and were extremely rude, basically saying that if I don't have the email address I booked with they cannot help me. They now say that is has been too long and the claim is no longer valid. This company is the very definition of a scam. Their bond guarantee is worthless.

My home was left unlocked after their attempt at cleaning,…read moredamaged 2 bathroom sinks had to get a plumber out to remove the retractable plugs, damaged a kitchen matt with oven grease stains. They were hired to do a 3hrs spring clean extras inc oven and window tracks. They turned up 50mins late- After saying they would be stuck in traffic for 15-20mins, They did not do anything they said they would on the website. ECO Friendly -nope asked what products the cleaner couldn't understand me just said yes chemicals... No dusting, no vacuuming , spot mopped with a dirty mop leaving my floors more dirty then before they started, the bathroom showers are still dirty, both sinks are scratched and unusable due to the fact they jammed the retractable plugs into the sink so had to have a plumber remove them, skirts were not even touched, my kitchen bench has more dirt on it then when I left from them wiping with dirty cloths, the whole house needs to be professionally cleaned from what this cleaning service has left me with. I called to complain and ASK WHY MY HOUSE WAS LEFT UNLOCKED kept getting I'll speak to the supervisor and get back to you could you email pictures. I emailed again.They would not answer my calls so I turned my phone on private finally they answered and I was told they would email me in half hour, they could have someone come and have a look at the house. I Finally got a email saying yes the cleaner left the door unlocked and called me, which is true he did call and I RETURNED the call which he did not answer. So I call the customer care team.After back and forth emails they send me an incorrect receipt 2hrs at $74 but I paid $122 for 3hrs I feel that I am not been unreasonable asking for a refund as this clean has cost me more then the clean itself in damages and I STILL HAVE A UNCLEAN HOME and DAMAGED BELONGINGS!
