When I walked in I see one of the employees gossiping with a customer, very unprofessional. Also, in Houston/Humble locations we were allowed to use multiple coupons per transaction here for some reason that is not the case. When I left i also noticed that I was only $3 away from an additional $10 kohl's cash which the cashier could have mentioned, gladly I would have spent that additional amount to earn more Kohl's cash. Just purely disappointed. Will NOT be shopping in store anymore.
