I spoke to the owner and he agreed to take some money off of the total, but I still left there feeling like I was being ripped off. I would have been better off doing them on my own with Turbo Tax. Instead, I spent $250 (including discount) for a very uncomplicated return. I will not be returning.

My wife and were working with a loan originator to buy a house. We were approved, but were then…read moredenied by underwriting. We were given a checklist of what needed to be done to be able to close. We completed and rectified everything that they told us to. We reconnected with our loan originator to purchase a different house 2 months later. We were told everything was in order, only to have the new branch manager call us and tell us that we should never have been approved for this new loan, and that our loan originator was running rogue, and the loan application on this house was dead. My realtor had me contact a different loan company, CMG loans, and we closed on the home in 30 days.

We almost have perfect credit scores and they are treating us like we printed cash in the basement!!! WE WoRK!!!! I have never had this much trouble closing on a home, EVER! Our mortgage broker is sweet and attentive but underwriting must be new or not using any common sense when reading our file. So not happy... I would never recommend this company.
