2.4 stars (rounded up)…read more We have been using Pacific Software Publishing for about 3 months. Their email service works, their website building software is comparable to a semi-advanced blogging website, their email support is decent, and they support Japanese users very well. I would recommend this to someone who's not very good with computers, or someone who prefers Japanese IT support. Their office is in Bellevue, so if you have time to go to Bellevue (or live near Bellevue) to visit them you'll be better qualified for in person service which I haven't experienced yet due to personal regional restraints. Since I don't have time to do a better webpage design/and we've paid for a year of service, I will continue to use PSP with 2.4 star satisfaction. If I were more involved with the early stages of our webpage designing, I would've looked into other services such as wix beforehand. It's good to note that we probably have one of the lower level plans. I will update this review if my satisfaction changes.
