After that, four months went by with no progress, no updates, and no meaningful communication. During those four months, I repeatedly called their office trying to get information about my case. Each time, I was given excuses and vague responses. The person supposedly in charge of my case was never available to speak with me, and no one ever followed up as promised. I was left completely in the dark about the status of my matter. For an immigration firm--where timelines and communication are critical--this level of neglect is unacceptable. Paying a deposit and then being ignored for months shows a lack of professionalism and respect for clients. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable immigration representation.
