At times, it felt like they were all over the place, and I wish they had taken more time to get to know me as a client and understand my preferences. Another thing that disappointed me was that once my case was finished, no one reached out to schedule a final meeting or even check in with me. I would have appreciated an opportunity to go over the case one last time, ask any final questions, and discuss whether I was satisfied with the service I received. Even a simple follow-up to ask how I felt about experience would have made a difference.
