I was a customer of Spotless Cleaning Company in Nampa for over a year. At first, things were…read moregreat--the use of non-toxic products was a big plus for me. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency declined over time. On several occasions, I gave polite feedback about areas that needed more attention (for example, floors not fully cleaned or a toilet left dirty), but the owner brushed off my concerns instead of addressing them. There also seemed to be high staff turnover, which likely contributed to the inconsistency. It's unfortunate, because I really wanted to keep supporting a local business that used safer cleaning products. But after multiple tries to resolve these issues, it was clear the owner didn't care to improve the service.

I actually cleaned before the cleaner came so they can just get the details no dishes nothing to put away everything completely open and ready for a cleaning. I even vacuumed my couch. All I asked for was stairway/ living room /dining room /downstairs bathroom /kitchenno bedrooms nothing .And three hours later, this is what I get. The owner didn't even offer a discount. She only offered to redo it later this month. She admitted she had her friend do it who is not a professional cleaner so why would I be paying a professional price? I do a better job myself weekly. I booked this to takeoff some stress because I have three young kids and family coming to town but now I have to redo the entire thing. *** to your bullshit response ~ let's just pretend it wasn't a deep clean. The bare minimum wasn't even done ?? You're gonna look at that photos and pretend that's ok? A basic wipe of counters and a window cleaning couldn't be covered in 3 hours??? This is owners fault not the cleaners. Want to note the girl who came is extremely nice and we loved her. Its owners fault for hiring a friend for the job who in her words " is not a professional "
