Since it's roughly 100 miles from where we spend Oct thru May every year, we don't visit often, just when traveling to and from The Valley Like far too many restaurants and other businesses, they are having a difficult time hiring and retaining good help. On our last visit in the fall there was only one poor waitress on the floor. It's so bad they've posted a notice on their menu describing the problem. Regardless, she did a great job with our order, drinks and meals. The food is way above par and served in huge portions. We ALWAYS have leftovers. Fortunately even though we no longer have our Rv with a fridge, we do have a ice chest and can safely keep the cool! They are worth the space in the cooler. We WILL be back!

It's a small restaurant and u can hear everything in the back. And I legit heard a microwave heating up my food. So we're basically eating leftovers. I was surprised how good my tacos tasted being that they were microwaved. The birria dipping sauce was amazing. The salsa was home made and it's spicy. Which I like a lot, but remember...drinks are sold separately. No free refills. I would have given the five stars if they had fountain drinks, or free refills, even if they slightly up the price on the drink. Selling no free refill drink where u serve spicy salsa should be a sin. And I can look passed the microwave! But overall, the tacos at the end of the day were amazing. So they got 4stars. They really should be at five stars, and change up their drink game. I hope this small starting business does well. It comes w 4 tacos, but I had to eat one to review it! Lol.
