On the first call I spoke to Ashley and explained the issue I am having. She said she would have someone call me to set a time to come address the problem. I waited a week with no contact. I called 3 more times over the next few days and left messages on their machine with no response. On the 5th call I finally spoke to Ashley again and she said she would have someone call me right away. That was 2 weeks ago and no call back. I called again first thing this morning and left another message. No response (as usual) by the end of day.
