We held the party on May 21, 2022, at your establishment, Stefanni Events. First and foremost, Yelitza, the lady taken care of us was completely unprofessional and rude. Yelitza, misspelled our daughters name when she gave it to the gentlemen doing the photo booth. The main doors for our guest to enter from broke off the hinges. Yelitza came out and at first tried to blame it on us. She quickly changed her tune when she arrived on scene and saw that no one at the party was capable of breaking the door. There was also a leak on the dance floor. My wife and I placed a garbage can underneath the leak. When Yelitza arrived, she removed the garbage can and the floor was wet. Making it a hazard for our guest and myself being a disabled veteran. It was a great inconvenience for our guest to move about the facilities due to the front entrance being closed off by her with no attempt to repair the door. Our quest had to use a side door that was slippery due to the rain. Yelitza has yet to respond to any of our emails, texts or phone calls. Yelitza treated us like we were below her and almost ruined our daughter's birthday. This place deserves less than a star, however 1 will do. -Victor Gomez

Cathy designed and delivered a masterpiece cake for our family's special celebration! Living out of…read moretown, I searched for a bakery online and was delighted to find Cupcake Hearts. When I spoke with Cathy on the phone her creativity and enthusiasm was apparent. I shared that the theme for our party was the Blues Brothers and that I had a matchbox car, a replica of the Bluesmobile from the movie, to use as the cake topper. Her ideas to expand on this theme were spot on! We arranged for the cake to be delivered to our hotel on the day of the party which was very convenient. It was delicious and we enjoyed it the next day as well. I told Cathy that the cake was an integral part of our celebration and made my husband feel special - mission accomplished!

Cutest shop and able to order with ease. Service and ambiance top notch. Just don't want cinnamon flavor in my strawberry cupcake or icing.
