Our truck overheated on I29 in 90 degree weather. When we contacted Henry Motors Service, they said…read morethey would take a look at it that day, if we could have it towed to them, and give us an idea of what it needed and a rough estimate of cost. The tow took longer than expected, so they were closed when the truck got there. When we called the next morning, they already had it apart and had a good idea of what it needed. The parts were delivered the next day, and we got the truck and got on our way. They also loaned us (free) a car to drive around town for the couple days we were stranded there. Very decent folks, all of them we interacted with. They saved us when we needed a save.

I travel full-time. I was in WI and needed a part. Called several out of state dealers due to the…read morefact that no-one in WI had the part. I had the privilege of having Melinda D, in parts, work with me. I needed the part overnighted and she got all of the information with a price total. She called me back and we completed the transaction. When she got a tracking number, at my request, she contacted me with the information. I originally had purchased the part from another dealership, had a tracking number, but they never got it to the shipper. So now, I am needing it overnight. Because the other dealership didn't keep their word, it is costing me twice the amount. Melinda D did an excellent job, kept her word and am very pleased with the whole transaction.

I recently brought my car into Honda Cars of Bellevue because one of my tires was slowly leaking…read moreair. Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

I specifically noted this with service writer, and he checked the cars miles at only 13,800 miles and said we are good to go and pick it up in an hour. Totally a bait & switch Don't trust them or get it in writting.

WORLD AUTO IS DECEPTIVE AND DECEITFUL…read more World Auto sold a car knowing of an unsafe condition that would cost them to fix but hid it. The car's airbag light was on so they said they took it to Woodhouse Ford South to get fixed but couldn't get in, so we trusted them and purchased. A Ford dealer in Omaha found the airbag sensory had detected a collision and had to be replaced. We became suspicious and pulled out paperwork from the purchase and noticed a hand-written note had been added to the AS-IS/NO Warranty saying "The customer has been made aware of the airbag light and has assumed responsibility for all repairs needed". This had not been on the warranty prior to signing. We signed the back, but the front was hidden from us. We contacted Woodhouse Ford South where they said they brought the vehicle. We found out it had actually been in and a $1000 estimate given to World Auto. World Auto was deceitful in not revealing the handwritten warranty note and they knew of the $1,000 repair.

The staff is flippant about inquiries, and have no real interest in helping customers, even if you are a loyal Honda buyer. After purchasing a new Civic there, we had our trade devalued because they pulled the service records (which were incomplete as we had work done other places) and tried to take thousands off the trade-in value for things they thought weren't maintained. Total joke. Service has also stonewalled us on engine repairs under extended warranty due to our vehicle having a previous salvage title for side damage that was repaired. Basically, they will look for any string they can pull to make you spend more money. It's the definition of a shady used car dealer. If you want to find a used car and not spend hours haggling over price, potential repairs needed (engine light was on and needed a new oxygen sensor), do not go here. They will waste your time getting to the bottom line. Another thing I don't like is that they never clean their used vehicles that are for sale. I would drive to Omaha and take my chances at a Honda dealership there over trying to negotiate with the people here. I ended up buying a used Toyota (my first choice) at Anderson on north 27th. Not sure I'd go back there in the future, but was more successful with bargaining there.
